Dr. Wes Madsen, MD, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in adult reconstruction. He has extensive experience in orthopaedic surgery, specializing in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the hip and knee.
Dr. Madsen has held multiple leadership roles, including serving as Department Chair of Orthopaedic Surgery at Tanner Clinic and Section Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery at Intermountain Layton Hospital. His clinical work is supported by a strong foundation in surgical expertise, patient care, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Madsen provides medical-legal services as a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) in the state of California, an Independent Medical Examiner (IME), and an expert medical witness.
